Tobias Nöll finished his studies in Computer Science with a focus on visualization systems and technomathematics at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. In July 2009 he finished his studies with a diploma thesis with the topic "Robust Camera Position Estimation by Integration of a priori Information". Since November 2009 Tobias Nöll is Ph.D. student of the University of Kaiserslautern joining the Augmented Vision group at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence in the context of the project CAPTURE.

His main interest are dense 3D reconstruction from high-quality cameras utilizing multiple view reconstruction, structured light and visual hull techniques.
